Differentiation with Technology

 Differentiation with Technology On day one, the laptops will be used for the warm up. The students will log onto their My Path and see a teacher assigned interactive practice game. This will walk them through multiplying fractions with whole numbers. It will take about 15 minutes. We will then discuss any "Aha's" they had or any "Opps" they have. "Aha's" are things that now make sense to then and "Opps" are things that they are still unsure about. We then begin the lesson.  To ensure students are on task, I walk around and give praises or redirections as necessary. This promotes diverse cultural perspectives because all students will have a different "Aha" and "Opps" which can both be due to their cultural perspectives (Wilkerson).  On day two, students will use their laptops to post their new problem.
